Specialists in the construction of facades and architectural metalwork for major construction projects

News / Dane Architectural Systems experience strongest order book since 2008

Both the Façade and Architectural Metalwork business have secured contracts providing a solid secured forward workload and clear signals that the recession is behind us.  All projects won during the recession have now been completed and the reduced margins against which these projects where secured will leave  Dane Architectural Systems with a confident approach to the new contracts recently awarded.  Dane Facades have deliberately moved away from complicated London based residential projects and taken advantage of the increasing trend of developers refurbishing existing buildings with increased floor space and installing modern new and more thermally efficient facades.  These developments also present our Architectural Metalwork division with new opportunities alongside the fast growing reputation gained in London as a first choice company for large £1m plus architectural metalwork projects on the capitals major new commercial buildings.  The current forward order book now stands at circa £37m with carried forward turnover into 2016 of circa £10m.  We are now experiencing a trend towards earlier engagement on 2016/17 projects as forward capacity in the façade and Metalwork sectors reduces due to the buoyant market conditions.  Dane Architectural Systems are confident turnover will remain stable at £25 million for 2015 and 2016.
